Mr. Robert L."Bear" Abel, Jr., 54, of Fortville, IN passed away Sunday, May 23rd, 2010 at Hancock Regional Hospital. Robert is survived by wife, Lisa (Hunter)Abel of Fortville, IN, Son; Steve(Ashley) Ort II of Fortville, IN, daughters; Lisa(Joe) Shetterley of Fortville, IN, Holly(Taggard)Jenkins of Fortville, IN and Stephanie Crispens of Dunedin, FL, parents; Robert Sr and Allison Abel of Fortville, IN, mother-in-law; Marcia Hunter of Fortville, IN, sisters; Mari (Steve) Quiggins of Fortville, IN and Audra(Joe) Tilton of Pendleton, IN, brother; Ronnie Abel of Fortville, IN, brother-in-law; Gordon Hunter of Fortville, IN, sister-in-laws; Marci Cutler, Tarpon Springs, FL and Tina Hunter, Fortville, IN, Grandchildren; Haley and Kayla Abel, Clayton, Hope and Steve Ort III, Gabriel, Hanna and Levi Shetterley and friends; Dennis and Pam Moos. He is preceded in death by brother; Brian Abel, grandparents; Frank and Dorothy Moore, Rebert and Mary Abel. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 26, 2010 from 4-8pm at Woodbury Community Church, 8555 N. 500 W, McCordsville, IN. Service will be Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 11:00am with burial following service at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville, IN.
