Franklin passed away on May 8, 2009. He is preceded in death by his wife Ruth. Frank retired from CTP Corp. as the Chief Engineer in 1990. He is survived by; 2 sons, David(Terry) and Mike(Kathy), 2 daughters, Linda(Alfred)Lomelino and Rita(Mark)Lopez. Frank has 10 grandsons and several great grandchildren. Frank served as an elder with Garfield Park Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
