Doug was the son of Carlos and Ethel(Banks)Bell, Carrolton, KY. He was a retired Ordained Minister and School Bus Driver for Southwestern Schools, Hanover, IN. Founder of the former Rising Sun Apostolic Church for 17 years in Rising Sun, IN. Member of the Lawrence Apostolic Pentecostal Church, Lawrence, IN.
Doug served in the Kentucky and Indiana National Guard for 8 years.
