Floyd; sisters, Pearl (Ron) Hayes, Phyllis (Russell) Dickinson, and Pamela (David) Phipps; brother, Jerry (Patricia)Miller; grandchildren, Cheyenne and Shane Floyd Jr.; nieces, Rhonda Hayes, Michelle Conkel, Danielle Bartlett, Paula Rogers and Jackie Carson; nephews, Johnny Miller, Jason Miller and Danny Dunn.
